In the Clouds is an eight-episode webseries about a plant mom, an absurdly jaded 20-something, and their shared struggle to grow the fuck up. I wrote the scripts in June 2018, and I directed all eight episodes in August. I had previous experience directing my audio drama Overkill, but I had never taken on a project like this. With an $150 budget and a five person crew, we worked to create a high quality, engaging story. Directing was an exhilerating challenge that involved all my skills — storytelling, visual design, creative leadership, and communication. I loved it. The project is currently in post-production and is scheduled for release in January 2019.
